Who can become a tenant?
Applicants are screened before being accepted as tenants.
We screen each applicant to determine what the room will be used for and whether their income can support the room charges.
How long does it take to process an application?
It takes about 3 days to 1 week to complete the screening and contract procedures after your application is submitted. If you are in urgent need of a place to stay, please consult our staff.

Yes, the entire deposit will be returned to you.
* In general, you will not be charged for any restoration fees. However, you may be requested to pay a separate damages fee for any damage to the room interior or equipment and fixtures.
Is it possible to inspect the rooms?
Yes, it is possible. However, you must first make a reservation either by telephone or e-mail. Inspections can also be conducted on site as needed.

Is it possible for visitors to stay short term?
Please refrain from inviting friends or visitors to stay. A fee is charged for additional guests, but may be permitted depending on the situation. Please contact us for further information.
Can I cancel during the contract period?
Yes, you can. However, if you cancel during the contract period, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
What kind of furniture and facilities are provided?

Who pays to replace consumable goods inside the room (such as light globes)?
We pay to replace interior consumables.

If you require nursing care, a care-giver or home helper can be provided for an additional charge.
Is cigar smoking permitted?
Yes, it is permitted. However, if the room has a noticable cigar odor when you leave, you will be charged a separate cleaning fee.
Are amenities provided?
A welcome pack of amenities including items such as shampoo is provided, but you will need to provide any further amenities at your own expense.
Is it possible to borrow an extra bed?
Yes it is. We can introduce you to some reputable leasing companies.
Is there parking for cars and bicycles?
Yes, there is. However, please understand that the number of available car parking spaces is limited.

Can I send luggage on ahead of my stay?
Yes, you can. However, please notify us in advance.
If you arrange for the luggage to arrive on a weekday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, we will carry it to your room.
